WAKA KOTAHI NZ TRANSPORT AGENCY'S WOF VIRM
The Vehicle inspection requirements Manual, or VIRM, is a NZ Transport Agency document which specifies the inspection processes and requirements that vehicles must meet in order to pass a WoF or CoF in New Zealand.
Although predominantly for use by WoF and CoF Inspectors, the VIRM is a simplified version of the NZ Land Transport Rules, and as such there are many legal requirements contained within it that LVV Certifiers and vehicle modifiers can refer to.
